The problem is that SoftQuad Inc. has never been able to convert decent technology into revenues. My guess is that the Rabbins figure there is no point in spending time and energy fighting MSFT and outher larger competitors with unlimited resources. unfortunately the multiples on a stock that publishes and distributes outher company's titles will not reach the same highs as internet stocks.
