John,

No I don't know. But the earnings were released this morning - one could check the time stamp on the press release - and the replay was available near 1PM ET today. That would imply the conference call took place while the market was open this morning.

The select group on the conference call would have heard the forward looking statement of down 25% for the next quarter (3Q98) with 4Q98 being flat with 3Q98 or up 5% at best.

I believe that these conference calls which usually contain material information should be Webcast in addition to the audio conference allowing most interested parties to have equal access to the information. ... but I also would like to believe that life could be fair. ;-)

Best wishes,
Ian.

John, the intraday shows a clear bearish triangle with conclusion in a couple more trading hours... base at 37- and peak at 40+ indicating next target 33-34 and possibly soon... key reversal in progress... yes, nice move on Rigga Morris the cat... but did you exit? ... nice short in 39's mister... doubled up on option puts when pushing 40 on this end... if it fails, I go to work shoeless

please dont laugh at intraday chart analysis... have found 50-trade moving avg a nifty barrier and supporter
