Merger proxies can't go out until financials completed. I believe we will see the proxies soon. Formality I am sure. Street will probably wait for SEC/NASD to bless the merger, which will be treated as an asset acquisition by Buffalo Capital.

Should have known not to give my wish list, stock having now dipped into the 20s.

I guess if we really did have GM installing the Ad Hatters, the stock would hit a dime <g>
