Dear Rick, I was in a rush today and later find I agree with you. The phrase about a portion of revenues being used to "recoup prior advances" from BOL sure sounds like they've got their hand out, as per original agreement. The timing of the release is interesting, especially since it's not a pre-release of bad news. Guess the brouhaha here over the NIH news that focused on investor frustration with the stock price has a corresponding reaction on the part of management. Happy trading, Ariella
