On the CD chat line off of its listing in the Yahoo stock pages someone produced what he claimed was a standard clause in a contract such as Mr.Forbes would have which would strip him of benefits, financial or otherwise, if involved in fraud. I think this is great as vengeance is a subtle yet dominant part of my make-up. for our over-all good, and for the good of the company, getting his ass quietly and quickly out the door is probably the soundest way to go.
