Hi Irby,

My guess is that

1) They will continue to show larger sizes, but we will get a lot more partial fills.

2) They will not have to honor the size they show.

The really scary scenario is what will happen when the 'crash' finally comes. The SEC has just given us the 1998 version of the 1987 fiasco, when the Nasdaq market makers didn't bother answering their phones in a falling market. Now it will only cost them 500 or a 1000 shares to support a falling market at 1/8 or 1/16 intervals.

A SEC disgrace, in my humble opinion.
