my logic in buying into ITKG is to buy the controlers of this powerful device. I was somewhat shocked to learn of this split in the market. Is there no revenue shareing at all going to ITKG on sales in commercial markets? It seems to me the commercial markets would be the deepest in terms of potintial buyers.

You imply that that they may be in future competition. How can they overlap without a merger?

"Presumably, the new technologies that the government paid ITKG to develop will be available for commercial use. The two companies could become competitors for the same market! "

I think you are dreaming Lucky Lady!!! You should know ITGK can't patent improvements on the Antenna without the University West Virginia. You should phone your buddy Mark Williams and ask him for a copy of the agreements ITKG signed with the University and IAS.
