al....if the trades were leftover as you say they would be marked "LATE"...see INTC for an example of this today...

Someone jumped in after hours and bid these shares up for a reason....

Form T means after hours trades.. Go further down the page and see the descriptions. Its what you file when the market opens the next day.
Actually On my quotes I get NAS large trade for them. If it was on the Pacific stock exchange or NYSE I would get PSE or NYS instead of NAS.

Why does the last trade sometimes differ from the one shown on the chart?


If the price in the bid/ask/sales window is white text on a black background, it is not a "trade" during normal exchange hours. Usually, you will also see a frmT tag -- that means 'FormT' -- traded before/after exchange hours. We don't plot these, but show them in the bid/ask/sales window. The only trades we chart are those shown in black text on a white background.
