I realize this is MB trading - but I have some comments that may prove helpful. I don't use them. I use livetrade.com in Garden City, NY. Yesterday I visited them in their offices which are well appointed and heavily equipped with computer trading stations for future expansion. While I was there the system broke down. But it wasn't theirs. It was Townsend Analytics. I was present when panic calls were made to Chicago and we all had to sit on our hands until technical support at Townsend called to advise their system was back in operation. I learned, surprisingly, that most breakdowns occur because Townsend is having problems - and all their clients suffer when this happens. Other problems may occur, of course, at an individual trading site. But every Real-Tick user connects to the servers in Chicago owned by Townsend no matter which on-line trading service they use. This is where our account trading activities and balances are maintained that we see on our trading screens. When I was at A. B. Watley a great many of their problems traced to Townsend - but Watley took all the heat. I doubt that all the problems MB Trading clients experienced yesterday were their fault.
