They may be in fact be looking for an independent observer but since money is likely to be tight they may be 'bunking up' together. So you may want to do some due diligence before you tag along. You never know, some of them may me provisioning at muttonbone.com

BTW if you are concerned about when they are planning the trip, several of them would like to schedule it to coincide with the independent engineering firm being on site. I haven't had the heart to tel them the presence of shareholders would invalidate the chain of custody.
