Well lets put it this way, At 12/share I think PW alone would sue VVUS and stop the buyout. I think PW has a few million shares accumulated themselves in the last week or so, I saw them go through around 1/2 mil shares at 9 itself. At 15 might be a price that will go through, But if scripts are going up then I dont think Leyland would be stupid enough to go for it since the stock ca hit 15 in the next few months if scripts keep increasing and foreign sales go up. So I would say they are trying for 20+ which is what they told PW and if they can get anywhere close to 20 its a done deal. So it will al depend on the waffiling, a quick shot at 20 or they will see if scripts are going up then they wait, if not they take 15 in 60 days.
