Hmmmm. CBS reports XCIT "crushes expectations" based on pro-forma results, while CNN/Fn reports "loss widens" based on actual GAAP results.

Is this info. correct? I believe this writer may have his figures wrong. He mentions that First Call had expected a profit of 40+ cents?

"the expectation was 39 cents loss - they made 10 cents !"

Whoa Nellie! From the press release:

"The pro forma net loss for the second quarter of 1998 was $4.6 million, or $0.10 per share."
