>>>How does Visa USA differ from Visa Intl.? Who owns Visa?

visa.com

"As an association, Visa is controlled by no single interest. It is owned jointly by its Member financial institutions around the world. Through this worldwide membership, Visa International provides a global system for value and information exchange."

...Sounds like both Visa U.S.A and International are set up with banks owning both. The funny thing is that it looks very similar to the Integrion consortium.
