- Heavy debt

Can't sell its internet service based on obsolete technology.

I was reviewing your TRBO analysis, but I'm concerned about the Maytag relationship. If this is questionable technology, why is Maytag funding TRBO's R&D?

Is this relationship similar to SGPs funding of Zona?
