I agree..that is a given in any business...but TSIS must have models based on previous experience. Forecasting...budgeting...estimating yes...I cannot know how many will use it.... no.

Greektale, thank god for your perception and sanity. Unpromted, you said more in a sentence than I managed to get across in several paragraphs. As you pointed out, of course TSIS can tell clients start up costs, maintenance fees, and COSTS PER USE, but how in the world would any one expect them to say, "and we know that 235,450 of your shareholders will use our service in the next 6 months." What TSIS can tell clients is that "it costs you $1.00 to mail quarterly reports to all 500,000 of your shareholders. It will cost you only .35 for a phone call from your shareholders and it is unlikely that all 500,000 will use the service so YOU WILL SAVE MONEY OVER THE WAY YOU'RE DOING IT NOW!" THIS IS THE POINT BREEZE!

TSIS will only be able to make accurate revenue projections after a history is established with each type of service.

Best Regards,

R. Gates
