You're right Ray that is another precursor to a significant jump in the price.

You've mentioned the accumulation theory recently...while I'm no expert on this type of manipulation for lack of a better word. But if there is an accumulator, how do they know and can one explain the availability of shares in the 35c range. Whenever, there it tries to break that level it's pounded down. I believe there is only so much shake out of the little players such as us, so who's selling...again I believe it's larger holders cleaning up their book's, just like BPI did last year (except I believe that had more to do with warrants)...any thought?
