excalibur,

Although I agree with you that Mr. Carson could be held accountable for his actions at some point, I have to echo Patrick's post in asking you, "What further is to be gained by continuing to harp on the same points?" I think everyone reading this forum understands what you are saying. Continuing to badger Mr. Carson will not likely be constructive.

As for the issue of whether or not he misled investors or was in collusion with MO, that's for the courts to decide. Personally, I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for those who held KRY from $1.00 to $11.00 and back. There were oodles of opportunities to take a profit and there were lots of obvious warnings that something was fishy here. The insider sales, Whalen Beliveau's dumping of shares, Mr. Carson's "colorful" promotional newsletter, the constant ridiculing of anyone who didn't buy the party line here and at SH, and most obviously, the lack of clarity as to the legal issues before the court, should have been a huge red flag to investors. But, alas, I'm just repeating what I've been saying for months and I'm sure at this point, not many are interested.

excalibur, exactly, no news releases. Eric Charters always said that Albino has 1,000,000 ounces and Santa Elena has 1,400,000 ounces. Where are the news release on this information? The public has a right to know. Carson and Charters were given private information but why not publish the 2.4 million ounce reserve? Great news. The reason is because the reserves don't exist. MO used everybody else to promote his stock.
