Yes and No, drsvelte. Tice is not tied to the S&P or any index, so he can short anything he wants. As you know, there are plenty of decent shorts out there, and he should be in those. Instead, I think he's in the high-fliers, like AMZN, which is burning me tomorrow on some 90 puts (should have sold them Monday morning, when it was down to 94, and I left it alone because I thought we'd see a continued downtrend, and came back from lunch to find it closed at 112! Maybe that's how Tice feels, they should crash, but when?)
