Shadow/Roger, Both of your post just kill me... While you state a few opinions neither of you have an ounce of fact that is not already long well known and discussed. Have you noticed in the past, lets say three or four times when LTGL has crept down to .035 to .05 cents and then it rockets back up to .10 to .13 cents.. How everyone on this board jumps for joy and claims how they knew this was going to be a great investment and that they think they LTGL is great etcc... - yada yada yada... Now that some investors got caught holding shares at much higher prices then now, we see alot of bitter shareholders and rightfully sooo.... While Spencer has certainly pissed me off over the past year and half, and while I am 99% sure we will never see a buy back, I also know the stocks pattern and I also know that LTGL is doing better now then they have ever done before. So call me smart or dumb, the basis for my comments are the historical facts.... I have no problems with a reverse split (in fact if the timing is right I want one) if Spencer does it right and has the earnings to support it... Yes there is still a gamble in it, and yes his past attitude has indicated dilution is NO issue to him, but with close contact with the transfer agent after a reverse split I will protect myself if he pulls this crap all over again. Penny stocks are risky. There is no guarantee on any of them. Heck this is a .043 cent stock and from the historical facts I like it!! If I burn my cash, so be it, it is my choice as an investor to do such, however, the historical FACTS that I am looking at indicate that my investment will not be burnt to a crisp but will multiply. It doesn't have to happen for me overnight as I have seen with many investors who have come and gone. If it did I would be in VEGAS at the craps table and in some investors viewpoints that is exactly what they would say about LTGL anyway. I also don't need these funds so I have nothing to panic about one way or another. So I plan to be patient look at the facts as I can obtain them, make my own personal choices as I go and then blame no one and take credit from know one but myself for a job well done.
