Well, its all speculation, but should DRIV hit 45 and if one share of TSQD is worth .48 shares of DRIV, then we have 21.6 +say, 3 for TSQD inherent value = about 24.6 - say a 20% market discount, which gives you about 20/share price for TSQD.
