Sorry if this has been discussed already--I just got back from out of town and haven't the chance to go through 400 postings:

My broker told me yesterday that there was a rumor on Wall Street DELL would announce stock-split very soon.

Please treat the above strictly as a rumor.

Yeah. The day of his birthday, multplied by the number of cars on his parking lot on Friday evenings at 3pm, when the sun and moon are partially visible to the naked eye.

Right around 120.
Look for one now, then another 2 for 1 in Feb.

You asked at what price Dell considers a split. The last time, the price was $110-12 when announced; time before it was approximately $98.
