Anthony, about this lawsuit. Only in America! If this one is not qualified as a frivolous lawsuit, I don't what will. I would be surprised if a judge will even accept the case. On the other hand, who knows! O.J. got off!

I can understand the damages sought by the husband but how in the hell can the wife seek $5 million for depravation of services? Without the Viagra how is he supposed to provide service?
