ERIC SAID THE SAME THING AS FOREST AND I. DON'T ARGUE SEMANTICS AND FASTLY TYPED ANSWERS TO YOUR REPETITIVE QUESTION. I know about the land owners. They are bargain hunters like Sam Zell. Went over some of the property they own. They are private and I will not discuss the issue. They are in 'NO WAY connected to ICVI or anyone involved with ICVI-- nothing, NO, nada, no way in hell.... My last post to you on this matter LE-- it is a badly beaten dead horse...

Little Motormouth, The share holders who sold the land to MTEI are in Irvine California and do not have the slightest idea who ICVI is. They have heard the name as people keep asking them if they are associated with them. That is the extent of the association. There is nothing mysterious about them BTW. Well, perhaps to you because you are too cheap to pick up the phone and call the company and request the information yourself. Oh go ahead and do it, call the company, after all it's only .10 a minute! Why you are such an expert investor, I'm sure you can more than afford one little bitty phone call. Have a smashing evening!
