Like we have been saying all along, if it goes into Chapter 11 that might not be a bad thing. It would give more space to get things together.

But your news of downsizing, if it is accurate, is further evidence supporting one of the key positives in this story. Everyone thinks it is going out of business, and so they drive the stock price down to bargain levels, but it is probably not going out of business.

After all, why would they bother to go through the trouble and expense of downsizing, if they were going to go out of business?

The fact that most investors, like Jock, lack courage and run scared at the slightest sign of trouble, is exactly the aspect of this situation that is attractive.

Scared out of their wits, they are willing to unload their shares to us at bargain prices.

Happy Investing!
