Point D'Appui? I'm afraid I don't know that one. Poorly translated it means "Not supported". Huh? Goodwin, Goodman? I think Goodwin drives a Ford! Twins seperated at birth! Back to sanity, I think what Ms. Kauffman has to say holds some truth. It takes time to build a strong and loyal channel. It takes less time to pull a distribution network apart however, so they must constantly be thinking about giving those folks what they need to be succesful. Sometimes that is sexy new products. I have no complaints about our relationship with the company. I would like all our principal business relationships with vendors to be on par with our PC DOCS experience, actually. Its a two-way street, you get back what you put in. But, to end on a zinger, few would argue with me that the Novell channel, once the envy of the entire microcomputer software world, is not what it used to be! Nothing stays the same. Down or up, but not level.
