Well now that all depends ... say I go but Poker at .30 which is a double out in equity ... however ... based on that you can short sell AVIA now for a 6 out if your broker will let you. However the time factor of the exchange seems to prevent that at the moment.

Now because of the dilution AVIA is probably going to fall. So you are right POKR is a buy at .30 and an arbitrage is going transpire. AVIA share holders may veru well see the sell off coming thus selling that will reduce AVIAs price. I believe most are trying to figure out what they want to do but it is premature right now.

However AVIA is going to get nailed sometime during this exchange. Most want to wait to see what is going to actual rate of exchange in shares before committing. I am still working the math myself.
