I only read SD periodically now, but I did catch this:

Down here in Louisiana we have that internationally-renowned chef, Paul Prudhomme of blackened redfish fame. One of his well-known quotes about Louisiana food is .. 'it's like having a party in your mouth'

For the life of me I don't know why I thought of this . . .
