Actually, I think that taking the stock from marginable status or in certificate problems is not going to influence the situation much, every time I have seen a certificate drive the stock actually goes down the drain. I am not even sure that the short position in this stock had anything to do with the last few months decline, most of the short is probably a hedge against the convertible debenture, and that effect has long been dissipated. New shorting is actually declining (well according to Acidman, the last big blocks of 120,000 at least could not have been sold short being down ticks, right? maybe we should worry about all the big blocks on upticks, these could very well have been shorts <VBG>).
