The point I'm trying to make is exactly what you are saying....by & large this is one of the tightest group of shareholders anyone will ever encounter anywhere....
That then leads me right back to WHERE DID THE 100M shares come from????...
I obviously have a hang up about it....The most probable sounding explanation was Jerome's
"a. The market maker had earlier cut a deal with some "investor" to sell them some stock at an average price of $1.50 and was simply following through after accumulating for awhile at $1."....

My fixation is total curiosity...and it did kill the cat...but...satisfaction brought him back!!!

<<<PS: I have been in the stock market for a very long time; I have never encountered a more unique group of shareholders. It's become a religion and maybe rightfully so???>>>

I hope this won't be too mushy:
I've been in the stock market since I've made my first investment (ggg) and all I can say is ditto to the above. No matter what happens I'll always remember people that I've met and talked to and who are the shareholders of this company and I will always treasure their friendship that in a very special way enriched my life.
P.S. I swear I'm not a Reverend, it just sounds like it.
