The question is quite academic, as there has been no evidence provided that there has been any such offer. I doubt very much that such an offer has ever been made. In my opinion, Las Cristinas is not worth anywhere close to $23USD per KRY share (ie. $1.2b CDN or $33.00CDN per share). My own fair market valuation of KRY as of a few months ago was closer to $17.50CDN in TOTAL. Right now, there is not sufficient information on the Company's ability to sustain its current operations and only time will tell if Crystallex will be able to leverage its position in Venezuela to the benefit of shareholders.

Right now, Crystallex is acting as a quest in Venezuela and is using the concept of "saving face" to the maximum, while bearing the brunt of wild accusations which have no foundation in fact. People are misinterpreting this silence as an admission that things are not well. This might not be the case at all. Since they can't/won't talk we will have to WAIT.

While Crystallex is and always has been a speculative investment, this does not mean that potential rewards will be seen quickly.

Several investors are trying to shift blame on others, whereas had Crystallex prevailed in the latest Supreme Court saga, they would have been first in line to "jubilate" and to try and convince us that they had faith in the Company, its directors and management all along!
