It's a 99% go, so we figured we'd better get more ready. 2. Account is in the name of JIM BISHOP dba CIMA CANGALLI FUND. 3. Cheques can be made out to me or CIMA CANGALLI FUND. 4. If made out to the FUND, you may be able to use the cancelled cheque as a tax receipt. Also the bank may be able to help me with issuing receipts. 5.
