They go to MTEI in the reverse. MTEI already owns the land and brings it to the table. Therefore, MTEI management are the current owners of old shell of ICVI as well as the property owners. What part of this don't you understand? This is not a personal attack. It's a serious question. What don't you understand and I'll try to help explain it to you. I have done my DD and know exactly who has the 50MM shares their names addresses and telephone numbers. Brandy
