Read it. Like the sound of it all:

"new focus on increased revenue"
"focus on producing revenue"
"generate revenue"
"provide a return on equity"
"short term profitability"
"long term profitability"
"growth of the Company"
"long-term viability of the Company"
"shareholder confidence"
"employee enthusiasm"
"The business plan will be implemented with proper financing, sound management, and proper marketing techniques"

Sheesh, no kidding! Find me a company that does not want all of the above and I'll show you a company on the road to bankruptcy, or someone's tax write off. But I hope they get it all.

Jim

Hmmm -- as I said before, the Business Plan is the one I wrote back in 1994. There's nothing new there to get excited about. The focus on generating revenue came from the USA Video president at the time, Frank Bowden (who was a VP of Sales at Digitial Equipment Corp. before joining USA Video).

However, I have spoken with Steve Kutner (an old friend of mine) and there IS new management in the company trying to move the video server technology into the Internet space. Time will tell whether they are successful or not - but I do see some possibility here.
