Anyone, A lot of chortling here about the Pfizer suit but could someone offer some words about VIVUS' exposure (or lack of it) to the same. I presume that anyone can sue anyone for "causing" a heart attack. I can appreciate that the delivery system and current drug of choice appears much safer based on popular press accounts and available literature. But VIVUS is also much less resourceful in mounting a defense then is a Pfizer. I would be grateful for anyone's thoughts on the implied risk here. BTW AT; "Does he put out?"
