John, I am aware of this requirement. My question still remains, why havent the MMs applied to the sec to get back to normal otc bb trading? What is lacking, if anything?

Sorry John, missed your original post. Problem is just too many posts and can't always get to them all, especially when travelling. Some days when offline for most of the day, just have time to answer messages and can't read the whole thread.
