DLJ cuts estimates. Q3 cut from loss of .08 to loss of .13. Maintains 1999 estimate of .25 profit. I spoke with the company, and Q3 is expected to be really difficult. A buyout is extremely unlikely as management thinks they can get a dramatically higher stock price through an improving semiconductor environment. I love this as a long term investment, but I think you guys are the wrong investors for this stock. You are too short-term oriented. We expect to be able to buy our shares back in the low 3s and maybe in the 2s. If you want to play this stock, I am glad you are aboard. But, please just put it away and don't look at it for a year. Otherwise, you will sell at the wrong time, because I think it will get really ugly. Best of Luck, Archer
