My current trading machine is an Intel 233 pushed to 300MHz with 256M of memory running Win 98. My previous machine (now used for news and mIRC) is a AMD 166 running Win 95. I have also run Real Tick III on a 133 Cyrix(accounting machine that I set up just in case as a backup).

I have never experienced a problem that I would attribute to the chip.

I will say that I experience very few trading problems that are not ISP/Internet related. My trading platform is MUCH more stable now which I attribute to memory and Win 98.

FWIW
