Mark - if you're referring to the price action of SEEC (a stock which I've personally only followed over the past 6 months) I think the better question (and more easily answered question is not what the bottom is going to be but when. This is a classic tech stock underperforms with disappointing earnings story. As long as we're all confident that, like other y2k stocks, SEEC earnings are just around the corner, then I would say a rebound is inevitable as we approach any semblance of an earnings announcement. That said, my experience with others stocks in this sector would tell me to buy around $5.50 and sell around the $20 area. (assuming a P/E ratio of 40) Now if you're referring to Group West (re. my post) then I can say with complete confidence that we have a rock solid bottom on our hands. Volume and rumours suggest a major announcement just around the corner. (check the GPW thread for details.)
