Why stick their necks out?, they are still making $$ with GE. Trading with a huge spread and no one to challenge them.

I think before the halt there were 7 MM trading the stock and after the halt we have 11 + so a firm must of completed form 211,now who out their has a brokerage firm that has bought MINE without any trouble
or sell, because the MM that works for that firm will of course give his firm the buys and sells.

GE was halted for two weeks remember so a single firm and MM would have to file form 211 to resume trading, only when a stock is halted for that day and resumes the next day trading they can put them on the pinks if being on the BB the day of the halt. If a stock is halted in the morning it can resume trading in the afternoon with out any forms being filled and remain on the BB.Now once the forms have been filed
it is up to the SEC where it trades if all boxes are checked on the form.
