Re: CNBC Squawkbox interview w/ Papken. Nothing much was said. The CNBC guys were unprepared, and didn't ask penetrating questions. For example, they thought the Micrascan III was a 300 mm tool, and in that regard I think they wanted to ambush Papken on delays in 300 mm within the industry. They did ask about SVGL's revenue contribution to the whole, pegging it at 50%. Papken said litho was more like 60% now, and he thought it would go to 70% in the near future. Bob, this is consistent with your analysis that the 711 employee lay-off may be focused more at Track and Thermco. --David
