Les - Re: " I don't know one person that has a DELL computer or even uses one in their place of work! "

I know a company - relatively small with a bit over 1100 employees - that has about 450 Dell computers.

<< I don't know one person that has a DELL computer or even uses one in their place of work! >>

I have one Les. And so does my sister and a couple aunts, uncles and friends. And I plan on getting another one in the fall. Dell sells Intel boxes better than anyone and they are out kicking other box makers butts, not Intels.

In September, Im going to want at least 400 Mhz, 128MB RAM, 11 Gig HD, DVD, 56k, 3D Graphics Card, Win98, Speakers, a 17 inch monitor...anyone have any guesses how much she might cost then? She's available Now for only $2499. By the fall, she should be a little cheaper/

I know of one company, Honeywell, which has 50,000 employees and has standardized on Dell. I never liked them because I thought their stuff was overpriced vs performance. My father, unlike me, held no such view and has kicked my butt over the past year, having bought 2,000 shares which have tripled.
