Use a little real vanilla extract, touch of clove powder, use pecans very lightly chopped if you can't find real black walnuts (the nuts add texture) When you are working with the berries, reserve a lot of the juice, if you add too much it deflates the whipped cream...you can always put a touch of vodka with the juice and drink that or add it to Chambord. When you add the ingredients, fold them in gently.
