Mark , in addition to rumors NN has signed up five contracts over the last four weeks, each value in tens of milions of dolars.

If we look at expences of Tlab or ASND thay are much smaller then NN:marketing , A&G (20-23%). RAD(12-14%).NN:MG&A(30%),R&D(16.5%).I was told receantly that MG&A expences will go down by the end of fiscal 1999 with rate 2-3% per quarter and RAD to below 14%.Also NN officially is comfortable with 25% ravenue growth over next several years. If NN expences can approach that fo ASND and TLAB, eps will go up substantially.During all discussions NN is tring t be very conservative about predictions. At this point I am not surprised.

regards
Zbyslaw
