James and John, I agree, there is no explanation for this stock to tank. They are finished paying their legal fees, they are selling product at their usual pace, and their is every reason to expect that last quarters losses are behind them. They are also an easy target now for NKE. If you can get shares without yourself inflating the stock (volume is low) this would seem a safe bet. Their books will go from negative to positive next quarter.
