Intrinsyc Software: Prospectus Receipted by BC and Ontario VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Intrinsyc Software (the Company) announced today that the Prospectus necessary to qualify the 1,967,545 Special Warrants has been receipted by the BC Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission. The Special Warrants were issued pursuant to a brokered private placement completed in March. As a result of the receipt, $1,318,301 plus interest has been released to the Company from escrow.
