Ben, Good point. As to Lizerbraum's stepping down, , we are seeing a traditional changover in mgt styles from an acquisition-minded mgt team to an administrative-minded mgt team, who will focus upon arranging, prioritizing, and administering the current asset base. Once that occurs and the company is sailing smoothly once again, then look for FPAM to switch back to the acquisition mode once again.... Sincerely, Doug F.
