I have not seen the "pump and dump" action that you are describing. On the contrary, other that for a few spikes caused by speculation on the release of a favorable final ruling for Crystallex, this stock has seen little if any promotion. After all, this has always been a speculative situation.

It is perhaps very premature to pass final judgement on the opinions of Messrs. Bishop, Grandich, Carson and Charters. Nothing has been brought to light which contradicts the view that KRY had and has a valid case with regards to Las Cristinas. You are surely aware of the controversy surrounding the release of the most recent court ruling.

Thus for the above persons, as well as for the directors and management of Crystallex, it might be best to wait and see what the final outcome will be. I know some people feel that all is lost for Crystallex and will move on. For others, the base case is intact.

The Company is reviewing its legal, operational and financial options. Is it not logical to await the outcome of this review?

With respect to the lawsuit, it will only give false hope to those who wish to participate. There are, in my opinion, absolutely no facts to support a case against the Company, its directors or its management. I have yet to see ANY evidence of a scam. I have not seen any statement by the Company that can be construed as a lie. If you feel this is the case, can you post them?

If there is a scam case to be made, it might perhaps apply to non-Crystallex parties. We shall see.
