RB, isn't the floor on the conversions $ 1.00? What might this mean for shareholders?

FTEL may have to digest things for a while before it can rebound (assuming it does).

RACE recently rebounded from about .75 to about $ 2.00. That was a nice come-back for them.

Often, while private placement shares are being converted at an almost guaranteed profit, the stock price will suffer signficantly. I've mentioned this theme numerous times and gotten quite a lot of ridicule on this thread.

I wonder why some of the more prominent bulls on this thread were not talking about what would happen if the FNET IPO did not take place by June 30, 1998.

I wonder why they act baffled at what is happening now.

Did they really have eyes, but not see. Or have ears and yet could not hear?

Next, will a storm of sales EVER materialize? Or will FTEL run out of money, first? Will they then need to have another private placement?

Who knows, but those are things I like to stay aware of.
