GM Re:ESTIMATE REVISIONS: AMAT: Major Broker decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 10/99 from $1.66 to $0.85 on 07/13/98 AMAT: Major Broker decreased estimate for quarter ending 07/98 from $0.21 to $0.16 on 07/13/98 AMAT: NATNBK MONT.SEC decreased estimate for fiscal year ending 10/98 from $1.32 to $1.15 on 07/16/98 AMAT: NATNBK MONT.SEC has reiterated estimate for long term EPS growth of 25.00% per year on 07/16/98 Are they saying they expect 25% annual eps growth off of FY99 earnings of $0.85? Not too impressive. According to my #'s, eps would hit $3.24 after 6 years! BK
