I am still looking for that next indication, my guess is its gonna be a shocker. Of course now we have to NOT exclude sepsis as a possibility. Company is FREE to test unhindered by competition or lawyers. The veil of secrecy is to be removed. I expect (rightly or wrongly) free flowing news and research development programs. I cant wait. I for one am less inhibited to talk about LBP and I will. Frontrunners for new indications IMO are angiogenesis. liver type surgical prophylaxis (even sepsis) Go xoma...................................... And one more simple concept. How many sepsis drugs have failed? Hmmmm, lets see They have tried to regulate IL-1 (antril-synergen) IL-6 is a marker for sepsis ILl-8 ? TNF ? (enabril( sp)-immunex PLUS (countless tnf failures) antiendotoxins -e5 (xoma) ha1a(cnto) WHAT DO THEY ALL HAVE IN COMMON???????????? answer>they are all regulated (some) via cd14 AND WHAT REGULATES cd14>>> AND endotoxins<<<< BPI and LBP so....bpi and lbp "might" regulate IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF. Thats ALL AT ONCE THE "cocktail"... has arrived. (perhaps) DUH,DUH,DUH,DUH etc.................... That outta keep your minds and conversations stimulated a bit. VBG. As always, all disclaimers apply.
